It’s Saturday! I was supposed to do the laundry but I don’t feel well. Maybe it could wait until Monday but I have to make sure I wash a couple of Ace’ uniforms so he has something to wear on Monday and Tuesday. Then MIL texted they’ll (PILS with Ace’ older brother and family) be eating dinner here. Geee! I am not in the mood to entertain guests much more exhaust myself in straightening the house and taking care of their needs when they are here. Self-help isn’t part of their vocabulary so I must see to it that everything they need is within their reach or literally hand everything to them. I was quite annoyed at the manner of informing me their decision without asking first if it is ok with us (me, especially because I will be the one to do everything here) so I told Ace having them over here for dinner is not OK with me. I know Ace was hurt but I am just telling him what I felt about it. He knew exactly what I feel about his side for relying everything (house chores) to me even when we were living with his parents. That is what exactly the reason of some arguments between us so when we moved, I was really relieved. |

What do you want to know today. I want to know if our neighbor’s boss will push through his plan of hiring me to work with them (crossing my fingers and my toes*lol*) |
I use eggshells to fertilize my plants…no other ways I could think of to use it in the kitchen or even the entire house. But here’s new better way to clean those hard to reach bottle edges with eggshells. ![]() Original purpose: Playing a central role in the chicken-and-egg debate. Aha! use: Cleaning the hard-to-reach places in bottles and vases. Drop some crushed shells in the bottle, add warm water and a drop of dishwashing liquid, and give it a good swirl. Reward: Shells that scrape off the gunk you can’t get to, so you can save your elbow grease for the dinner dishes. |
