Do you love or loathe having house guests? Having house guests is really tiring. Aside from entertaining them, I have to straighten out the house as it would be shameful on our part having guests with all the clutter. If guests are here for a quick visit and won’t spend the evening here, it would be easier for me. However, whether I love or loathe having house guests depends on who that guests are and depending on the purpose that brought them here. If it were my relatives or friends, I would really love it! I won’t care if the house needs a little cleaning because I know they would understand and what I LOVE having relatives coming over is they don’t treat themselves as guests. I mean, they help out in cooking and doing the dishes. But then before we moved, I loathe having guests (aside from my siblings) because I have to straighten the house all by myself, cook for them, make their bed, and after they leave, I have to take care of the beddings that they used even if they aren’t my personal guests. |

Snagged this meme here. How often do you get paid? from blogging, I am being paid every 2 weeks. With my new job, I will be paid once a month. Do you tend to splurge a little on (or shortly after) pay day? yes….especially with food. It’s a way to reward myself for working hard and a way to motivate myself to work harder. What are the few days leading up to pay day like for you? Lately, a bit relaxed than before where I have to really be tight on our budget…but a bit excited because I am only counting days and my wallet will be smiling again. If you had the option, would you like to be paid daily for each day’s work? Nope. I still wanted a quencinal or monthly payout because it’s a bit exciting to receive a bigger amount than the daily rate. When did you get your first paycheck and what was it for? It was in year 2000. It’s my honorarium for being an OJT in a government office. |
![]() What’s one of the simple pleasures in your life?
One of the simple pleasures in my life is hearing hubby’s compliment about the food that I prepared for him. What do you like to snack on when you watch a movie? I actually don’t want to eat while watching a movie because when my mouth is busy chewing something, I cannot clearly hear what’s being said. But I prefer munching on french fries while watching. If you were a Survivor contestant, what would be your luxury item? My DSLR…if it would be allowed to bring it. |

If your high school had a ten year (or any year) reunion, would you/did you go? Why or why not? My high school Alma Mater is holding a yearly alumni homecoming but never I was able to attend any of it after 13 years. Gee, I just realized I am that old! Anyway, I worked away from home so I wasn’t able to attend any of the reunions being held. Also, I didn’t the urge to attend a high school reunion isn’t that strong so I don’t mind taking a leave from work just to attend. However, our class usually have a simple gathering before each year-end and I was able to attend it if I happen to be in my hometown. That is actually what I am always looking forward to, our class get-together.
