Natural remedy for acne

Having acne is no joke! It can rip you off your confidence and self esteem. Acne treatments and/or body acne treatment are expensive at least for me so it’s always best to resort to natural remedies such as the following:

  • Apply a honey mask to your face once or twice a week
  • Wash twice a day with acne soap
  • Keep your hair off your face
  • Take a potent multi-vitamin
  • Include chromium in your diet
  • Eat carrots for beta-carotene (Vitamin A)
  • Avoid wearing makeup
  • Do not pick or squeeze your blackheads and pimples
  • Wash your pillow case every other day
  • Eat foods rich in zinc
  • I’d take note of these to prevent acne from developing in my face or anywhere in my body.

    This is my current cellphone….

    cellphone

Ace has been prodding me to get a new cellphone. My cellphone is still working but outdated. While everybody are sporting their latest cellphone units, I am still using my Nokia (and I don’t even know what unit this is!LOL). This cellphone served its purpose for 4 years with me and a year or so with the original owner. Yes, I am just the second owner. That was given to me by one of the managers in URC four years ago. He gave me a phone so they could contact me even if I am on leave. Talk about being a VIP in the plant that everybody seemed to be distressed when I don’t go to work.LOL.

Anyway, I am toying the idea of getting a new cellphone…but not the expensive ones. We’ve checked the shops lately and my eyes almost popped out seeing the prices of the new models of cell phones. Maybe I’d get the cheapest should I have the money to get one. Or I will wait for the time when iPhones would just cost me around a hundred dollors (I wish!).
