Raising funds

We need quite a huge amount next month for the 30% of our house and lot equity. We’re not sure yet how can we secure that said amount but we will definitely be finding means to raise money. Can we loan the amount? If only we have titled properties, it will be easy to avail a loan. We can avail of an asset based loan but the problem is finding forĀ asset based lenders around the city. I am hopeful though that we can find means to raise what we need for the equity that we will be paying middle of next month.

Declutter

The brat is here and she’s occupying our supposed to be stockroom. Since we don’t have extra room for our stuffs, she has to share the space with the boxes and other stuffs.LOL. That is why I wanted a 3-bedroom house so we can have a guest room and a stockroom. Anyway, she has no choice unless she finds a decent job and rent a place for herself.

If I have some free time next week, I wanted to go over those stuffs so we could get rid of those that we aren’t using. How about having a garage sale so I couldĀ sell books (mine and my sister’s reference books), old clothes, bags and other stuffs that’s been sitting in the stockroom for a while. I have issues on letting go of stuffs but I hope this time I’d be able to let go of those things that we are not using. It’s a must to declutter and I need to learn that habit.

No gas!

I am in the middle of cooking pork in tamarind soup last Friday night when I noticed there’s no flame coming out of the burner! And my dreaded fear for the week happened. We ran out of LPG and I cannot just call for delivery because I have no cash for it. Poor me! There’s no other means to cook because we don’t have that old school charcoal “stove”. I am too desperate to finish cooking so I used the rice cooker. That was the time when I wish we have an electric stove. Oh…just for convenience in case we ran out of gas. So when we will shop for a stove next time, I will definitely get one that can be used with an LPG or electric so I won’t have to worry about running out of gas in the middle of my kitchen session. Practical or impractical?
