Wedding preps

Six months to go and it’s gonna be a close friend’s wedding. The last time we talked about her wedding preparation, she hasn’t done so much except for choosing the ceremony and reception venue and the supplier of their wedding favors including their bridesmaid gifts. This would be hard for her because she’s based in Manila and her fiancĂ© is working overseas. They’ll gonna need a wedding coordinator for sure! They still have time to prepare everything and I hope they could get the services of the wedding coordinator I have suggested to the bride-to-be.

Looking forward for summer

For days, it’s been raining. On days like these, the best way to do is slumber! I’ve been planning to work overtime (that is this afternoon till 4AM) EVERYDAY until on month-end to catch up with work (and of course to complete my minimum number of hours) but the weather is telling me it’s better if I snuggle under the sheets. I don’t want this kind of weather, it’s tempting me not to work!LOL

This makes me look forward for summer. Summer means outdoors and beach for me and our vacation destination this time is something to look forward to. We’re going on a secluded island with long stretches of white sand beaches perfect not only for beach getaway but for destination weddings as well because of the serene environment like the beaches in Riviera Maya that is so perfect for intimate beach-front wedding. Oh, so perfect!

Just wedded

One of my cousins married a Swiss citizen few months ago. Details of the wedding is not clear with me as I only have a glimpse of the two wedding reception photos she posted in her facebook account. I started to think if they were wedded in church or at the international resort that she worked for, or in Switzerland. Why I thought of the resort? As I have seen the web photos of the resort, it is capable of holding destination weddings because of its secluded beach area and the “private” ambiance of the resort. It’s actually like one of the secluded beach resorts in one of the Karisma Hotels along Riviera Maya that is perfect for intimate destination wedding. Hope she will post more wedding photos so we could also see how it went.
