I mentioned about practicing delayed gratification as one of the key in successful weight loss attempt because we cannot only rely on weight loss pills to do the magic. I believe losing weight can be attained by taking weight loss pill or supplement coupled with self-discipline (that is, dieting and exercise) as taking a pill would be futile if we keep on satisfying our cravings for unhealthy foods (for the reason that we have all the money to buy those foods that we crave for). Unhealthy foods are the ones causing us to grow big with all the unwanted fats for even if we eat a lot if our diet consists mostly of fibers and other healthy foods, no bulges for sure. Also, take time to exercise…that’s my two cents worth. Good luck to all of us who are trying to shed extra pounds! |
