Our little house is not standing yet but I already have a visual picture of it. The choleric wants high quality fixtures installed from the small things such as toggle switches to toilets and everything! But since we are getting a low-cost house (low cost that would cost us more than a million after we pay it in 25 years?), we cannot be sure that everything will be of high quality. Talk about developer getting the most profit that they could! We’re considering to buy our own or upgrade the quality of materials that the developer has allotted for the house to make sure we won’t be replacing them should they break immediately. Well, I am just thinking of doing things right the first time. Such a choleric!
